A few Random

We had our good friends, the Powell's, over last week.  Francie is Mary Margo's best friend.  They love playing with each other in the pool  and in the house.  Well the next morning as we were getting ready to leave.  Mary Margo started saying Francie's name and looking around the house for her.  She walked herself to the kitchen, pushed this box up to the window and looked out and started calling for Francie.  She couldn't understand where Francie had gone.  It was one of the sweetest moments.  Mary Margo was looking for her friend.  "Wher'd she go?"

Dusty got a new bike on Saturday...so on Sunday after church we had to go helmet shopping.  While Dusty looked, we tried a few "Brain Buckets" on too!

Fortune Teller Marge

There is nothing better than playing in the pool with Mary Margo on Sunday afternoon.  Little Miss Chatterbox started "telling our fortunes"  by reading our toes.  Atleast that is what it looked like to us.  She grabbed Dusty's toes and just started jabbering.  Like she was reading his palm....only she had his toes.  We thought it was hilarious!  and lucky for us she still performed after we went and grabbed the camera.  Here is a little clip.   I hate that there is a glare on the water.  You can' get the full effect.

I absolutely love to listen to her speak "her Language".  I love it so much that some days I wish she would never learn to talk and just jabber for the rest of her life.  : )

The Garden

Dusty has a new hobby. GARDENING! We have all enjoyed watching it grow and we can't wait to eat all the fresh veggies. This is Mary Margo talking to the grub worms Dusty found. It is so much fun watching her grow and learn about new things and the world around her.

We are Back in the Blog Business

Sorry for the interruption! We have had a few set backs in the technology world that has kept me from blogging. But the computer and the camera are both working now.

Mary Margo with perfect pig tails. I got them straight and even, matching real hairbows, and a beautiful straight part down the back of her head. I was very (very) proud. She even kept them in all day at school WHOOHOO! Mary Margo is growing up right before our eyes. She is quickly growing into a little girl. She is learning new words everyday. She pointed to her hair this morning at the breakfast table and said "hairbow". As if to tell me, her hair was interferring with her oatmeal. Oh me.

Mary Margo and "Do-Daddy" planting flowers. She called my dad that this weekend while they were visiting. We think it is fitting...If you know my Dad he is Always busy doing something. I think it might just stick.
